TopFollow is a utility application designed for social media audience management and analytics. The Service operates on a value-exchange model where users perform specific actions (tasks) to earn virtual units ("Credits" or "Coins"). These Credits can be redeemed to launch engagement campaigns for their own social media profiles.
3. Virtual Currency Policy
The Service includes a virtual currency ("Coins", "Credits", "Crystals").
- No Monetary Value: Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or other services outside of the App.
- Non-Transferable: You may not sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Currency to any other person or entity.
- Revocable License: Your purchase of Virtual Currency is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable, except in our sole discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the referral system or manipulating the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized third-party software to access the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all Virtual Currency.
5. No Affiliation
TopFollow is an independent third-party application. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.
The names Instagram and Facebook as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TopFollow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms (such as account suspensions or limitations) resulting from your use of our Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
